Wonderful being a resident in Polaris Place, love the locality, flowers, pool, maintenance, morning and evening walk. People here are very friendly and make us feel in our Home Town. Though people might move and new people might come, all are of similar kind in moving ease with people.

Fantastic apartment located at a very good place for shopping and dining and mostly for people working at Chase. They maintain the apartment very clean and strict rules. They respond to all maintenance requests very quickly.They organize fantastic events every month.

Excellent staff and always responds in a timely manner, super clean property/lobby. The pool, gym and dog park are a plus! I love the location as well. Definitely would recommend friends/family! I have yet to have any issues and will continue to rent from Polaris place apartments!

Its been 3 years at Polaris Place and I should say we have enjoyed a lot at this wonderful place. Very neat and clean, good landscaping, well maintained. Maintenance requests are quickly responded. Thanks for Candy and other staff members.
